Increase productivity, yield and profit with reliable thin-kerf sawmills. Get more grade and total yield (less sawdust) from each log. Reduce costs for setup, operation and maintenance. Versatility allows primary breakdown or stand alone operation.

  • Thin Kerf - Increased Yields & Profits
  • Produce Smooth, Consistent Lumber
  • Responsive Customer Service
  • Ergonomic Operator's Station
  • Computerized Setworks
  • Environmentally Friendly

LT300 Energy efficiency and reduced operating costs result from thin kerf blades and advanced blade guide systems. Precision sawing system and operator friendly controls ensure smooth, consistent lumber, allows target size reduction and further increasing yield.

LT300 Reduces Costs

Reduce initial investment without sacrificing quality or production. Small footprint and modular design melds to existing operations while quality blades, easy, low-cost resharpening, enhanced yield from each log, reduced labor costs, operational flexibility, reduced power consumption and prompt technical/material support reduce overhead.

Profit through Efficiency

"Our LT300 band sawmill cost 60% less to build and we produce lumber at 50% more profit per board foot processed. Production has far exceeded our initial expectations." Sam Dunaway, Dunaway Timber Company, Kentucky

LT300 Pantograph

USE A Pantograph ON YOUR LT300 TO:
  • Eliminate the need for a cat-track (cable carrier)
  • Move wiring out of area where debris falls
  • Easily route sawdust removal tube
  • Allow easy access to LT300 for maintenance and cleanup

The LT300 thin-kerf blades and advanced blade guide system enable the 30 hp motor to produce at cutting speeds approaching mills with three times the horsepower. Increased production with less horsepower means reduced energy bills - increased profits.

Hardened steel unitized monorail tracks, an energy efficient 30 hp continuous duty rated motor, a high-speed, bidirectional chain log turner, industrial roller bearings, a patented material guide system and ergonomic controls with computerized setworks assure yield and accuracy.
