Very thin kerf band saw technology and a stationary log positioning carriage with innovative material handling nearly eliminates downtime to maximize productivity, yield and profit. Use as a headrig, grade saw, supplemental breakdown line, or a standalone mill.

| Boards, slabs and cants are dropped to specially designed conveyer, equipped with shock absorbing rollers and 3/4" lined shock absorbing skid plates. The same conveyor also transfers sawdust to a point where it is easily separated from the other material. | ||
